The Alaska Department of Fish and Game Excellent information and resources on deer biology and hunting 

The Mule Deer Foundation: While they don't have much info on Sitka blacktails specifically as of yet, they do support research on Sitka blacktails, and there are some chapters in or near SBT deer country. The MDF have contributed to habitat thinning projects on Prince of Wales Island, as well as research on the importance of deer in black bears’ seasonal diets.
